Ultra-thin
2.4–4 µm metallized film directly replaces 6 µm grades, cutting DC-link capacitor height by 3–5 mm and freeing valuable volume for 800 V SiC traction inverters, increasing power density by 15%.
High temperature resistance
high-temperature/humidity process withstands 85 °C/85 %RH for 1,000 h with capacitance drift ≤1%; optional low sheet-resistance or safety pattern raises ripple-current capability by 25% and provides short-circuit self-healing, meeting AEC-Q200 without extra moisture-proof housing.

Zinc-Aluminum Metallized Film
Zn-Al alloy layer allows Zn to vaporize first during breakdown, absorbing energy and producing cleaner self-healing; capacitance loss <0.5 %, longer lifetime. Key parameters • Metal layer: Zn 70 % + Al 30 % alloy, 30–60 nm • Sheet resistance: 3–6 Ω/□ (customizable) • Typical thickness: 2.5–6 μm
Zinc-Edge-Thickened Metallized Film
1–2 μm Zn overcoat on edge dissolves into sprayed metal during end-spraying, giving excellent adhesion, lower ESR and almost zero side “dead zone”. Key parameters • Metal layer: Al base, edge 1–2 μm Zn • Sheet resistance: 2–4 Ω/□ base, <0.5 Ω/□ on edge • Typical thickness: 3–6 μm
Aluminum Metallized Film
pure Al layer offers the lowest sheet resistance (2–4 Ω/□) and lowest cost; Al₂O₃ passivation provides outstanding oxidation resistance, ideal for high-volume, cost-sensitive applications. Key parameters • Metal layer: 99.9 % Al, 20–40 nm • Sheet resistance: 2–4 Ω/□ • Typical thickness: 2–6 μm
